Our final meeting before Christmas was a wonderfully festive one, filled with good humour, great conversations and more Christmas jumpers than you could shake a tinsel-covered stick at. The 11th December BNSL meeting brought our members together for a relaxed seasonal gathering, rounding off another successful year of networking, referrals and business support.
Although we didn’t have a 10-minute presentation this week, the atmosphere more than made up for it. Members arrived in high spirits, showcasing a wide array of Christmas jumpers ranging from the tasteful to the delightfully outrageous. It added a brilliant splash of colour and character to the room and set the perfect tone for a cheerful and friendly morning.
To add an extra touch of Christmas sparkle, every member received a bottle of Freixenet Fizz courtesy of the group—a small festive thank you for everyone’s contributions, support and enthusiasm throughout the year.
Our breakfast – as always – was top-notch. A hearty, full English set everyone up for the day while giving members the chance to catch up, share updates and enjoy some festive banter before the Christmas break. These lighter meetings are a reminder of the supportive, community-focused spirit that makes BNSL so unique. Even without the formal presentation, plenty of valuable conversations were had, and new connections were formed.
The December meetings always highlight what our group does best: bringing together local businesses in a relaxed and welcoming environment where relationships grow naturally. It’s the perfect blend of professionalism and personality, helping members to build trust, confidence and a strong local network.
There will be an informal get together in the bar area of Ullesthorpe Court hotel next Thursday for all members who wish to attend.
